Kid’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Our focus is to help develop confident, respectful, healthy Children. We achieve this through structured exercise and Jiu Jitsu training to increase cognitive motor skills and burn energy in a fun but disciplined environment. Students learn self-defense, anti-bullying skills and conflict resolution as part of the curriculum. Parents are likely to see an increase in self-control, confidence and focus in children training in Jiu Jitsu.

Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

The focus for Adult BJJ is about creating an environment where students can learn the principles of Jiu Jitsu at their own pace. From Beginners to World Champions, there is a class for you. Beginners start with proven fundamentals of BJJ while increasing fitness and establishing a base of self-defense. Beginners typically see a positive change in body composition, potential weight loss, increased self-confidence and sense of achievement. For more advanced Practioners and Competitors it’s an opportunity to train with a multiple time World Champion who understands how to add the key details to take your game to its highest potential.

Women's Self-Defense and Fitness

It’s important for everyone to know how to defend themselves, so we offer special training for women who desire real world skills to protect themselves and be aware of their environment. An important part of defending yourself is being physically fit, a stronger woman with good self-defense techniques is a lot more likely to successfully fend off an attack. In this Program Women will learn proven self-defense techniques and add the physical fitness needed to give yourself the highest probability for success.
